The most rewarding gift a teacher can give students is to motivate them to experience repeated learning success. This can only be accomplished by providing the appropriate tools. Therefore, as an educator it is my primary job to create the environment that is both conducive for teaching and learning. Students will be motivated to explore and research information that will transcend beyond the confines of their classroom and textbooks. The best way to motivate students is to have a strong classroom management plan that is relevant and purposeful.
